4216N - 16mm. Black high temperature packing

The basic material of 4216N consists of 6-9 micron texturised E-glass fibre yarns.The product is inorganic, sterile, incombustible, totally asbestos-free, and contains no toxins or heavy metals. 4216N has received a high temperature treatment, and withstands temperatures up to 650 °C. The packing retains a relatively high degree of flexibility as a result of this high temperature treatment. In addition, the adhesive property of the black coating binds the loose fibres so the packing will retain its colour permanently.
