6009 - Ø 8x18mm Profile packing with tape

The basic material of 6009 consists of 6-9 micron E-glass fibre yarns. The product is inorganic, sterile, incombustible, totally asbestos-free, and it contains no toxins or heavy metals. 6009 is an 8 mm profile glass packing woven on ordinary glass fibre yarn. This weaving provides the packing with the beautiful surface characterizing textile glass products in general, but this profile glass packing reacts like a traditional glass fibre packing. 6009 has a tail that is used for assembling. When assembling a profile packing no glue is used. The tail is placed in a groove or otherwise fastened. The packing has double-adhesive tape to make assembling easier.
